Order regular from here and always enjoy it however tonight we were missing a pizza. Rang the shop numerous times and the phone just rang out. Ended up with a pizza missing and no resolution.

The third time the order was incorrect. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and received a much cheaper one, an onion one, that was horrible. Will not be ordering again. Would give no stars if I could.

Disappointed with my order, as I usually order 2 pizzas without cheese and 2 with cheese I like to add the request to the order and also telephone the shop to explain. After 14 attempts of contacting Royston Pizza still no answer, upon delivery of course my order was incorrect!! I actually received 3 pizzas without cheese and no deep pan pizza which I originally ordered. I explained this to the delivery guy who said he would get someone from the shop to ring me, however I'm still waiting for this phone call. Disappointing to say the least, as it would have all been great if someone would have answered the phone!

Two thirds of my order was missing, I called 31 times and they didn't answer once, absolutely joke, will be chasing feedmeonline for a refund for the missing items, disgusting customer service! Or lack of!
